To be a volunteer, can be defined as the person who freely offers to take part in an enterprise or undertake a task. The meaning of volunteerism is connected with the donation of time and energy for the benefit of other people in the community. Their common characteristic is their contribution to the founding human rights. All children have the right to grow up in a safe family environment that they experience love and care.
